As our Spring 2026 Limpsfield Parish Council newsletter starts landing on doormats (and is now available online too), we wanted to give a quick snapshot of what you’ll find inside this latest edition.
This issue is packed with updates on what’s been happening across the parish recently, along with a look ahead at some important local issues. As always, it reflects the Parish Council’s ongoing work to represent residents, respond to planning matters, and help shape the future of Limpsfield.
A key theme running through the newsletter is planning and development, including the growing importance of Green Belt and “grey belt” policy. With increasing pressure for housing across the district, the Council shares its approach to carefully reviewing proposals and ensuring that any development is appropriate, sustainable, and protects the character of the area.
You’ll also find updates on local projects, community initiatives and parish activities, alongside information about how the Council communicates with residents and how you can get involved. From infrastructure and environmental matters to local events and partnerships, the newsletter highlights the wide range of work taking place behind the scenes.
Importantly, this edition also looks ahead to upcoming opportunities for residents to have their say — particularly as the new Tandridge Local Plan begins to take shape. Community input will be vital in helping guide decisions that affect Limpsfield in the years ahead.
Whether you prefer to flick through a printed copy with a cup of tea or read it online, we hope you find it a useful and informative update on life in the parish.
Please come along to the Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday 14 May at St Peter’s Church Hall. 7.30pm. Refreshments after.
