Limpsfield Parish Council has submitted its response to Planning Application 2026/396 for the proposed padel club at Broomlands Farm.

While recognising that the site itself lies largely outside the parish, the access is via Broomlands Lane, the junction for which is in Limpsfield. 

The Council has raised significant concerns regarding the proposed access arrangements via Broomlands Lane and its junction with the A25. In particular, the Council shares residents’ concerns about the suitability and safety of this access route, given the likely increase in traffic and the potential risks to pedestrians, cyclists, horse riders and road users.
