A proposal has been circulated for public consultation by Elivia Homes for site known as the “Old Allotments” to the west of Wolfs Row, on the south side of the A25, Limpsfield. 

Around 500 homes nearest to the site received a letter and the proposal’s website [https://oxted.eliviaconsultation.com] has also been shared by many residents. 

It is important to note at this point that this is not an actual application. 

The site sits on the southern side of the A25 and is within the ‘Green Belt’, as opposed to the other side, which is classified ‘urban’.  Limpsfield Parish Council has therefore responded accordingly, in line with our already published green belt policy.
